After your package is selected and your date is saved on my calendar, we’ll start planning! This is the time to share your vision so I can give you the photos you want. Not sure what you’re looking for? That’s okay! I love to collaborate with my clients, so we’ll work on creating the perfect photo spread together. During this time, I’ll also share my Outfit Guide to help you get your wardrobe on point, and we’ll decide on the best location for your session with my Locations Guide.

Your session day arrives! Pamper yourself with hair and makeup, slip on that amazing outfit, and meet me either in-studio or on-location. Get ready to pose, laugh, and have a fun day in front of the camera. I’ll be there to support you every step of the way.

IMAGE DELIVERY
Following your photo session, I’ll be hard at work editing your photos to prepare for your final image delivery. For full-length sessions, your gallery will be delivered within 6 weeks. If you’ve opted for a mini session, galleries will be delivered within 2 weeks.

Rachel was super responsive right away, and helped me figure out the best engagement session/wedding package for our budget. Throughout the wedding planning process Rachel continued to be responsive and helpful, providing vendor recommendations (I booked a florist from her list). On the wedding day she showed up early, stayed late, and hit all the notes we discussed during planning. This was the vendor I had the highest expectations for, and Rachel delivered!

Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my images?
Session galleries will be delivered in 4-6 weeks and wedding galleries will be delivered in 6-8 weeks, with a handful of images delivered within the week.

Do you have a studio?
I do not personally have a studio, but know many lovely studios in the Baltimore area we can rent for your session! I am happy to give suggestions and help finding the perfect location, but the client is responsible for rental fees.

How does payment work?
I require a 20% non-refundable deposit. The rest of your payment is due 2 weeks before your session. Please review my cancellation and rescheduling policy on your contract and on my website.

Am I able to cancel and/or reschedule my session?
Deposits are non-refundable. If weather is an issue for rescheduling, that's not a problem but some of the most magical sessions were in windy or snowy weather. There Is a $100 rescheduling fee if you let me know a week before your session. If you need to cancel within the week, your deposit is forfeited and a new deposit will need to be made to book again.

Can you help me choose my outfits?
I’ve got you covered! I'll send you my Outfit Guide prior to your session! You can also send me pictures of your options and I'll give my opinion. We can also create a Pinterest board for inspo!

When do you offer mini sessions?
I love offering mini sessions so clients can book their sessions at a lower price point! Join my mailing list or follow me on Instagram @rachelvkinglifestyle to know when these sessions are being offered. These sessions are at certain locations on certain days and are not transferable.

Can I print my images with you?
Yes! You can order prints, albums, and more through your personal gallery for 1 year. For albums, I will help you create the perfect layout for your memories. I can send you a sample gallery to get an idea of what you will receive!
